International Law Association

The Committee presented its final reports on Lis Pendens and on Res Judicata in International Commercial Arbitration at the 2006 Toronto Conference which adopted the corresponding Recommendations. At the Rio de Janeiro Conference in August 2008 the Committee submitted its final report on "Ascertaining the content of applicable law in international commercial arbitration". The Committee envisages to present in The Hague (2010) a report on "Confidentiality in International Commercial Arbitration"
