CALL FOR PAPERS: Study Grp on Principles on the Engagement of Domestic Courts with International Law

The reports shall either focus on a specific state and the engagement of its courts with international law, or survey a particular thematic area of international law and seek to map out the engagement of domestic courts in that area. The reports shall be between 6,000 and 8,000 words and specifically trace the themes identified in the Study Group's Preliminary Report. They are intended as evidence-gathering-, mapping-exercises, rather than an opportunity for theoretical analysis.
