CALL FOR PAPERS: ILA Regional Conference, Braga, Portugal

All authors are hereby invited to submit their contributions dealing with the following topics addressed by the conference:

1. The contribution of international courts and tribunals to the methodology of international law
2. The contribution of ITLOS to the development of the Law of the Sea
3. Investor-state dispute settlement and its impact on International Investment Law
4. Recent case-law of the ICJ and its significance for International Law
5. The contribution of international courts and tribunals to the development of procedural rules

Authors should submit their abstract in English with a short CV until 15 June 2019.

Accepted candidates will be informed in the end of June 2019.

Final papers (with a maximum of ten pages) must be delivered until 31st July 2019.

Accepted papers will be object of publication in a book.
