The University of Dayton School of Law and the University of Dayton Human Rights Center (with ABILA’s cosponsorship) will host a conference on March 16, 2019, focusing on a key question: Are we in an era of transition in interna-tional governance from one stable state to another or are we in an era where the fundamental norms and rules have begun to fall apart to be replaced by pure power politics?
