Joanna Mossop is flying up to Auckland, thanks to funding from the New Zealand Branch, Wellington of the International Law Association, to discuss the legal findings in the critically important South China Sea case between the Philippines and China. This decision and the ongoing disputes in the South China Sea has long term implications for New Zealand. Dr Caroline Foster of the Auckland Law School and the ILA Auckland sub-branch committee will chair the meeting.
