Prof Alain Pellet is a Former Member and Chairperson, International Law Commission President, French Society for International Law - Designated to the Panel of Arbitrators of ICSID and to List of Arbitrators under Annex VII of United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea Member, Institut de Droit international.
