On Friday, 3 November 2017, Helmut Aust (Co-Chair of the ILA Study Group on "The Role of Cities in International Law") gave a lecture at the Lauterpacht Centre of International Law, University of Cambridge, on the topic of "Cities and Climate Change in the Populist Post-Paris World".
