A flash during the Working Session of the Space Law Committee, Seventy-Sixth ILA Conference, Washington, DC, 8  April 2014. The discussion centered on the Committe's First Report to the Washington Conference addressing dispute settlement, suborbital flights, use of satellite data (recent developments), the legal aspects of space debris removal and ongoing work of the Cttee. for submission to the Seventy-Seventh ILA Conference in Johanneshurg, August 2016.
