Tuesday 27th  February 2018, 17.00:
Professor Dan Joyner of the University of Alabama, The Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons, at the National University of Ireland (NUI) offices, 49 Merrion Square, Dublin 2 (ILA-Irish branch in associaiton with DILS).

NB: the above is the first seminar of 2018 in the Dublin International Law Seminar Series (DILSS). This seminar series, launched in 2017, is a joint initiative of UCD, TCD, DCU, Maynooth University, the Irish Society of International Law, and the International Law Association - Irish Branch. Speakers - Dr Katherine Fortin (Utrecht), Professor Ray Murphy (ICHR, ILA Irish branch),  Professor Mike Newton (US): on the Law of War Manual (revised edition).
Precise time and venue will be circulated. 

Thursday 17th May 2018:
Professor Gerard Quinn, 18.00, room 02A, Law School, TCD, The Human Rights of Older People – Reflections on the Drafting of a New UN Treaty;  this talk had to be deferred in winter 2017.
Please note this is a ground floor venue, and accessible to all.
