Inaugural Meeting of the ILA Committee on the Procedure of International Courts and Tribunals

On Friday 20 January 2017, the International Law Association Committee on the Procedure of International Courts and Tribunals held its inaugural meeting at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law in London. The Committee took a number of decisions connected to the organisation of its work and considered a background document prepared by the Co-Rapporteurs on the procedures of the International Court of Justice and International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea.
