In the year which we celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, I am pleased to announce the recent publication of my article on deliberation and decision-making process in the Inter-Am. Ct. H.R. by the Northwestern Journal of Human Rights, connected to the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law (U.S.).
