The talk was a critical yet constructive review of the immediate challenges faced by the international trading system, including the WTO dispute settlement system as well as a long-view of the changes in our societies as a result of innovation, climate change, and other challenges and the impact this will have on the international trade law.

The Q&A explored the current trade war issues from various perspectives and explored various ways of responding to the challenge posed by current US trade policy and the role of China PRC.
