International law experts discuss recent international environmental litigation, the results of the three 2024 UN Conferences of the Parties (COPs) on Biodiversity, Desertification and Climate Change, climate finance, the development of the Plastic Pollution Treaty, and the participation of Indigenous peoples in these international environmental law developments.
