A Jubilee Book of Prof. Władysław Czapliński

A few weeks ago, the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences (INP PAN) published a Festschrift in honor of Professor Władysław Czapliński, thanks to the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education as part of the “Excellent Science II program”. The book, entitled "Euphony, Harmony and Dissonance in the International Legal Order / Eufonia, Harmonia i Dysonans w Międzynarodowym Porządku Prawnym/ Euphonie, Harmonie et Dissonance Dans L’ordre Juridique International Liber Amicorum Władysław Czapliński," was edited by Professor Krystyna Kowalik-Bańczyk, Professor Karolina Wierczyńska, and Dr. Andrzej Jakubowski.

This volume was created to celebrate Professor Czapliński's 70th birthday and his significant contributions to the field, which have earned him great respect among Polish and international law scholars. The book's content reflects the broad and deep interests of the honoree. All 44 texts (by 47 authors) are related to the wide range of Professor Czapliński's research and refer to the scientific concepts and achievements he has developed. The book also includes an extensive bibliography of his publications.

On November 25, 2024, a ceremony was held in the Mirror Hall of the Staszic Palace in Warsaw to present the book to Professor Czapliński.
